This is the second year in a row that we’ve had a wasp nest around our house and the second year that Academy has quickly taken care of it for us, for a reasonable price. Last year there was a nest in a pillar of our front steps, this year there was a massive nest deep under the concrete patio slab in our back yard. Both times, Academy was able to get to our place within a few days of my call. With the larger nest under our back patio, if we moved the patio chairs even an inch, dozens of wasps would swarm out. After the initial treatment there was an immediate improvement with only a handful trying to get back in. Academy did need to come for a second visit after a week, but they did not charge and there was no hassle. They guarantee their work. They took care of the nests with a special powder that is toxic to insects but relatively harmless to people and pets. We didn’t even have to be home, they did the job and gave us an invoice which we gladly paid. I would never try to deal with wasps on our own, it’s better, faster, safer, and almost as cheap to call in Academy Pest Control. I hope we don’t have a need to call them again, but if it’s necessary to get professional pest help, Academy is now in my speed dial list.

“I am honestly so grateful that I had hired them..”
These guys are The best!! I’ve tried one other company for the last month and academy pest control has successfully rid me of my mice not like the first guys. The other other company has just been stuffing my house full of poison and they kept telling me that the problem would dissolve on its own. There technician came the next day and had filled 2 holes that are on the outside of my house and weren’t visible to the average eye! And for the last 3 months not a single mouse!! They had been referred by my colleague who has also used them for numerous pest problems! They have done wasp nests for my colleague almost every year for the last 4 years no problem. I am honestly so grateful that I had hired them, if I ever have a pest issue I will be sure to give them a call!

I called Academy Pest Control in January when I got insect bites during the night on two separate occasions…I was worried that something had travelled home with me from Mexico, or I had picked something up at a client’s home.They arrived as scheduled, and were very professional.
